Training Tuesday

Another week of training done and another weekend of crappy weather! Fingers crossed we get all of the crappy weather out of the way and spring can finally show up.

Monday 4/15
  • 4.1km walk with Harley
  • At home workouts of:
10 rounds of:
10 squats
20 abs
10 pushups
10-1 of:
Russian twists
Tuesday 4/16
  • 6.46km {5:04/km avg pace} run with Harley
  • CrossFit workout
Wednesday 4/17
  • CrossFit workout
Thursday 4/18
  • 7.12km {5:16/km avg pace} run with Harley
Friday 4/19
  • rest
Saturday 4/20
  • failed attempt due to the terrible wind at running 32kms. We managed a measly 2.5kms
Sunday 4/21
  • 32.34km {5:54/km avg pace} run with Erica. Overall, felt pretty good during the run. I had a big of knee and ankle pain, but nothing major.
Running: 48.0kms
Walking:  4.1kms

Tell me: how was your week of workouts?


  1. Way to go! I've got a half marathon this weekend and I'm praying it doesn't rain.

  2. Nice work!!! Yes Saturday would have sucked to run that far, glad you switched days!! You are getting close to race day. What should I put on my cheering sign...? ;)

  4. Nice work on another strong training week. I gotta hand it to you for training for a marathon during what I consider to be some of the toughest times of year to run. I hope that spring arrives for good soon!!
