Crossfit

I started my journey into Crossfit in November 2011 by taking an intro class and have been hooked ever since! I currently belong to the Crossfit Calgary location and love it. During my intro class, I did a blog post about each class, so I thought I would link to those. Hopefully it helps people who have never done Crossfit learn something new and even try it out! :)

Week one
This week we learnt about squats, push ups, jumping pull ups and sit ups

Week two
This week we learnt about front squats and wall balls

Week three
This week was all about pull ups, push press, deadlifts and sumo deadlift high pulls
